VINCENZO SANTANGELO

He was born in Ravenna and he knew from the early age of adolescence that he wanted to be a chef when he grew up.

He started working his way to success, traveling around the world, working very hard as a chef this hard work earned him the position of Executive Chef of Formula 1.

Professional chef and sommelier with more than 30 years of experience, he founded Ji Catering and organizes catering for Ferrari, PMI, Haas and Ducati PMI in Moto GP. His personal and professional career began in Ravenna (Hotel Restaurant “La Cucina del Capello) and later he moved to the United States and Japan (Executive Chef” La Pigna ”Tokyo).

He was able to enrich his experience and share his skills in the famous places where he worked for more than 25 years.

Vicenzo Santagelo, a creative and eclectic chef, believes that a dish should convey sensations and give emotions to those who taste it. His worldwide popularity in the food and wine environment is growing and he is often asked to participate in major international culinary events.
